Retaining Strap

This retaining strap, also called a shag strap is used to assist an employee in returning carts from the parking lot. It allows a person to keep better control of the shopping carts and prevents the shopping carts from separating. It is 8 feet long. It has a loop on one end and a sturdy hook on the other.
